Returns & Refunds

Buy with confidence knowing that your investment is backed by our 30-day in-home trial. If you or your loved ones are not satisfied with Allvibrant appliance, simply return it for a refund. 

RETURNS

1. The unit must be returned in “like new” condition and not damaged in any way, and carefully packed to avoid damage during shipment.

2. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to every returned order. 

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are typically $50-$90, depending on where you live. Please note, return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.

Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we may not issue you a refund or send you a replacement.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 1-5 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@allvibrant.com.


SHIPPING


To return your order, you must contact our support in advance. To do so, please send an email to support@allvibrant.com stating your desire to return the product and your reason for returning the product, along with stated confirmation that the product is not damaged. Our support will then contact you via reply email to authorize return shipping. Or you can call us at 833-618-0002. Returned products must be in original “like new” condition and not damaged in any way.
