How long will it take to get my orders?
- It takes about 24 hours to process your order in business day. We’ll send a notification for the confirmed tracking number(s) in time.
- You can expect to receive the item in 2 – 5 days (weekends and holidays excluded) after the order has been processed. You can track it by the tracking number provided. Contact us if you have any questions.
- Free ground shipping to U.S. 48 contiguous states.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
